Metal Sound Barrier

Unlike the ordinary railroads or highways, the high speed railroad has sections that create a high-frequency noise. This product is made to withstand such environments. The product also satisfies the CEN10 standard demanded by the Railway Corporation. It is also widely used for other special facilities which creates high-frequency noise.

  • The front side is made with aluminium. Holes with 6mm diameter and a distance of 8mm is made at the front. This shows the high level of sound absorption
  • The product is covered with an anti-oxidizing agent to prevent arsenate iron dust of the railroad from causing rust.
  • The back is hardened with zinc plating iron plate. The total thickness is 125T, securing the air layer. It has also designed to make it possible to use glass wool absorptive noise material with 100T without any problem.
  • The entire structure is assembled by using rivets. This provides a high level of completion, excellent durability and weather resistance.
